  Chandrasmita fact-checks CreatorStackClub's buyer guides and software profiles, all 192 tool pages and 21 category guides pass through her before publication. She checks three things in particular: that every price and plan name matches the vendor's current pricing page, that a recommendation still holds after a vendor changes tiers, and that claims about what a tool cannot do are accurate rather than inherited from an older version of the product. When a vendor retires a plan, she is the reason the comparison gets rewritten instead of renumbered. Corrections are logged with the date the figure was re-verified.

  The CreatorStackClub Research Desk produces the benchmark reports and long-form comparison analysis behind the site's category rankings. Its work is the groundwork the reviews sit on: tracking how pricing in a category moves over time, testing competing tools on the same task so the comparison is like-for-like, and maintaining the pricing records that every tool page reads from. Where a figure comes from a vendor's pricing page, the Desk records the date it was checked; where a claim comes from testing, it records what was tested and on which plan. The Desk does not accept vendor payment for coverage or placement.

  Rajat leads CreatorStackClub's software evaluation coverage and writes the tool reviews and category rankings himself, currently 192 product profiles across 21 categories. His focus is the part of buying that vendors gloss over: what a plan actually costs once transaction fees and seat minimums are counted, where a free tier stops being usable, and which limitation you hit in month three rather than week one. Every price on the site is read from the vendor's own pricing page and dated, and prices that cannot be verified are left out rather than estimated.
